Chef's Amber Ale

Our Bravo! Handcrafted beer is made in-house by our award winning chefs. We are one of the only restaurants in Kalamazoo to brew their own beer. We brew beer in small batches using natural ingredients. We never use additives or extracts. Our slow fermentation and use of all grains create the natural malt flavors of high-quality beers. Our beers have refreshing and crisp flavors which our Chef's enjoy pairing with our menu offerings.

“Bravo! Chef’s Amber Ale”

A uniquely bright and crisp flavor with a hoppy finish. The caramel notes make it a perfect match with the restaurant’s wood fired pizzas, calamari, and lighter foods.
Malts: 2 Row, Borlander Munich, Caramel, & Chocolate Malts Hops: Liberty, Cluster, and Hallertauer Hersbrucker

“Bravo! 12 Pound Wheat”

Light American Ale, crisp and clean. Medium hop bitterness, gold in color. This beer matches well with a hard day of work.
Malts: Red and white wheat, two row malt. Hops: Hersbrucker.
